The Marine Corps Installation Command Headquarters (MCICOM HQ) Contracting Office - Naval Support Facility Arlington, VA intends to issue an order under the Multiple Award Schedule Program, GSA Schedule 70, on a non-competitive basis to Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri) located at 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA 92373. The proposed action is to procure continued support for commercial off the shelf (COTS) software licenses, known as the ArcGIS suite of software products, required for users to perform a range of mapping and analysis functions which support the effective management of Marine Corps installations and the training of operating forces. This maintenance provides updated versions of the applications, security patches, and telephone support for perpetual licenses already owned by the Marine Corps. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this commercially available requirement is 511210 "Software Publishers" and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A21 “IT and Telecom – Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued under Contracting Opportunities at https://Sam.Gov. Any respondents to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that their software services meet the minimum capabilities required and would be advantageous to the Government. If no written responses are received, the award will be made without further notice.
