Original Set Aside:

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract with the Center for Advanced Defense Studies (Cage Code: 4MT61) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The purpose of this award is to provide USSOCOM with additional open-source information on distant water fleet activities in Latin America. This additional research and information will incorporate a previous article and research conducted by, and that is considered proprietary to, C4ADS. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, all responses received within 15 days after the posting date of this notice shall be considered by the agency.
