N66001-22-Q-6013 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Cloud9 Software Services, LLC This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Cloud9 Software Services, LLC, CAGE Code: 91SW8, DUNS: 044110483 of 9103 Ivy Brook Ct Tampa, FL 33626. This is a service requirement for the contractor to provide software integration, cybersecurity, networking, demonstration, enterprise expansion, and cloud migration services. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Cloud9 Software Services, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services and the size standard is $30 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote for consideration by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail ONLY to mara.gomez@navy.mil by 10 November 2021, 12 PM Pacific Time (PT). Responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
