Background WHS/AD is seeking information on behalf of the Office of Military Commissions (OMC), Office of the Convening Authority. OMC requires Malay and Indonesian simultaneous linguists to provide translation, interpretation, and transcription services in support of Commissions hearings held at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
