Request for Proposal (RFP) issued as a full and open competition, “Qualifying Offeror” Acquisition as defined in FAR 2.101 for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of Human Resources (OHR). This requirement is for non-personal services to provide Office of Human Resources (OHR) Operations and Services (OS) to include Human Resources support and services to achieve its strategic and operational programs, projects, and priorities.
