Omaha Streets South: BYP Rt. 16/ Caltron Blvd East: 5th Street West: South 4th, Hillsview Dr., Canyon Lake, Park Drive/ Caltron Blvd plus the remainder of the CBD not bounded by listed streets Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,343 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,378 Space Type: Office Surface Parking Spaces 2 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 8 years Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on a single floor Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
