Original Set Aside:

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Armament Center, intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote (RFQ) to Critical Hit!, Inc., 9 Lodar Lane, Brewester, NY 10509 to purchase commercially available BRL 1192 wargaming modules, consisting of digital and printed terrain maps, that have been modified for training personnel and virtually testing new weapons systems concepts. This sole source RFQ is in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Critical Hit!, Inc., is the only known source who can meet the Government requirement. The applicable NAICS for this effort is 339930 - Games, Toys, and Wheeled Goods and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The resultant contract period of performance shall be 30 days from award. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFQ). Further, this synopsis is not a guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
