Original Set Aside:

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Cremation and Removal Services at the Portland VA Medical Center, Portland, Oregon. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26022Q0109. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 812210 (Funeral Homes and Funeral Services), and the small business size standard is $8.0M. This requirement is being procured as Unrestricted. 3. The intended contract period is date of award through Oct 31, 2022 plus four one-year option periods. 4.
