Classification Original Set Aside: Product Service Code: U - EDUCATION AND TRAINING NAICS Code: 611512 - Flight Training Place of Performance: Quantico, Virginia Description THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy for UH-60 Training Services at Quantico, VA. This is a sources sought notice and request for information (RFI). This is not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately at a later time. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. Contact with Government personnel, other than the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, by potential offeror or their employees regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited. The purpose of posting this RFI is to locate experienced service providers capable of and interested in performing a non-personal services contract that provides UH-60 Training Services at Quantico, VA. The summary of services is as follows: The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to conduct pilot training. The training required includes: UH-60M Instructor Pilot Refresher Training UH-60M Maintenance Test Pilot Familiarization Training UH-60M Maintenance Test Pilot Refresher Training UH-60M Automatic Flight Control Systems Training UH-60M Avionics Systems Training UH-60M Electrical Systems Training UH-60M Maintenance Differences Training A detailed description of the requirements is attached to this sources sought. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years, with one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price. The FBI is interested in obtaining information from industry. Both large business concerns and all categories of small business are encouraged to respond to this request. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code anticipated for this requirement is 611512 - Flight Training and small business size standard for the selected NAICS is $25.5 Million. Vendors shall address the following 3 components within their submittal: 1. Company Information: Please provide your - DUNS number - Cage Code and betaSAM.gov registry status - Large or Small business status (8a, woman-owned, veteran-owned, etc.) - Point of contact, to include: name, title, telephone number, business address, and email address - Primary NAICS provided on previous contracts - Number of years in business 2. Requirements/Scope: See Attached Requirements Description. Please ensure your response covers, at a minimum, capabilities for all requirements called out in the description. Specifically state whether your organization currently hold FAA approved training program(s) for the aircraft types listed in the requirements description. Include an expected approach to accomplishing the work. 3. Submission: The page count not including the cover page should be limited to 25 pages, 12 Times New Roman font, with a minimum of 1-inch margins.
