Description:
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a competitive 100% small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of multiple five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Fire Control Systems & Technology (FCS&T) engineering, technical, and logistical services and support. A Sources Sought Notice (SSN), W15QKN-20-X-0BG9, was issued on beta.sam.gov from 5 May 2020 to 5 June 2020. The applicable NAICS for this effort is 541330 - Engineering Services and the PSC code is AC13. The anticipated total maximum ceiling value of all contracts awarded is $149.1 million. The highest Distribution Level for this solicitation/contract is Distribution Statement D. Clarification: The Government intends to award firm fixed price contracts with travel as cost reimbursable (no fee). Therefore, a pre-award financial and accounting system review from DCMA is required to be considered eligible for award, and the contractor’s system must be deemed adequate for determining cost applicable to the contract/orders.
