The following sources sought is for market research purposes only. There is no guarantee of contract award from replying to this sources sought. We are simply trying to determine if there are companies that can potentially fill this requirement. The Contracting Office at AB201 Niger, Africa is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for potable water testing services. The contractor but provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally, the contractor shall have the capability to receive the test kits from Ramstein AFB, and have them at their facility and tested within 12 hours of the flight landing at Ramstein AFB.
