Original Set Aside:

Demolition/removal of: existing vinyl composite tile (VCT), select ceiling grid and ceiling tile, magnetic closing mechanism for fire doors and select sprinklers within the vault of Building 190. Existing pre-fabricated walls will be reconfigured and 2 new pre-fabricated walls will be constructed to facilitate a new layout to accommodate a larger mission briefing room area. New fluorescent light fixture, ceiling tile and grid installed within the new extended briefing room and relocation of one fire sprinkler head and one rotating blue light to for reconfigured briefing room space. New fire sprinkler heads installed in the vault to ensure proper head clearance from hard ceiling. A new magnetic closing system for fire doors and two smoke detectors on either side of the fire doors installed to ensure compliance with NFPA 101 requirements. New VCT and rubber cove base installed in select areas throughout the building as shown on the Statement of work and drawings.
