The Contractor shall provide commercial internet service to selected areas at Offutt AFB, NE. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, including any supplements or revisions, industry standards, and this Statement of Work (SOW). The Provider shall conform to all safety and security requirements and regulations applicable to provider activity on Offutt AFB. The Provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide internet services to Offutt AFB government owned buildings. Justification Memorandum. All services exceeding $2,500 will require customers to submit a Sole Source Justification Memorandum, accompanied with a Cox estimate. Customers have the ability to fund services with their GPC up to $25,000 under the terms and conditions of the contract, only if a Sole Source Justification Memorandum is submitted for the Contracting Officer’s (CO) approval. After receiving the Sole Source Justification Memorandum and Cox estimate, the Contracting Officer will validate the Cox estimate reflects preestablished contract pricing, and approve the GPC purchase under the contract.
