HQ USSPACECOM J0 requires leadership workshop for USSPACECOM J0 special staff chiefs, Deputy CoS, SGM, and top three executive officers. Participants will include senior officers and enlisted leaders supporting USSPACECOM top three leadership. The workshop content will be geared toward and encompass concepts related to Creative Leadership in contrast to Reactive Leadership; as well as providing group and individual assessments and coaching in effective leadership techniques driving positive individual and group leadership impact. The workshop shall support up to 20 attendees. Duration is a minimum of 2 days and maximum of 3 day workshop with both group and individual assessments and coaching.
