AFSC/PZIOB at Tinker AFB hereby gives Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement for OD++ Technical Support. Brief Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide a one-year base contract with four (4) one-year options for OD++ Source Code and core astrodynamics software library technical support, not to exceed 60 hours per year, to include at a minimum: Provide technical support and training (by phone and email), Algorithmic enhancements, User-requested adaptation, Bug fixes, and Training. Place of Performance: Tinker AFB, OK A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 Engineering Services, which contains a size standard $16.5 million. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT). Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). This is not a request for proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the government to pay for costs incurred from the preparation and/or submission of data in response to this notice. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to award a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Requirement utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. AFSC/PZIOB will award this sole source SCOTT POGORELC. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.
