The solicitation is being amended to de-scope the work by removing the Rising K and Constant K testing requirements, and revising the IDIQ minimum and maximum quantities which are contained herein, and as detailed in the revised SOW. Mechanical and Environmental Cracking Testing Services (Rising-K, Constant-K, ASTM E1681 10,000 Hour Dead Load Tests, etc.) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
