Original Set Aside:

The Bureau of Land Management-Utah State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Meltwater News US, Inc. The order will be made for access to a suite of media monitoring software and access to a media contacts database. A listing of requirements and unique features will be attached to this notice. The purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 11/22/2021. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the products listed above. Deadline date for responses is 11/19/2021 at 1700 Mountain Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 11/19/2021 at 1700 Mountain Time.
