Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Regional Health Contracting Office – Central, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award, on a Limiting Competition sole-source basis, a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract to Nardis Inc., for the procurement of 10 DOD/DA Police Uniforms and Accessories for Provost Marshalls Office at Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The sole-source contract will be awarded on or about 19 November 2021. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 315280 and Small Business Administration's size standard is 750 employees. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or around 19 November 2021. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for any future requirements.
