Original Set Aside:

The US International Development Finance Corporation is requesting market feedback on the possible subject need we are in the process of formulating. Please see the attached DRAFT SOW for additional information on this need. Overall DFC is requesting three specific pieces of information from industry: Is there a firm capable of completing the work outlined in the SOW? If so, what is your experience in completing similar requirements. How should DFC approach developing a rough order of magnitude for how much the requirement as a whole would cost? Any information that could be shared on estimates of total cost and/or starting blocks for developing total cost. How do we reach capable vendors? Any successful awardee will need to be registered in sam.gov to be considered for award, however is there any vendor preference for how to solicit the need (i.e. open market, GSA, or any other available contract vehicles on the market)? Interested vendors should respond with capability statements no more than a total of 10 pages answering one or more of the questions outlined above. Documents should be sent to Omar.Mohamed@dfc.gov by the deadline posted in this announcement.
