December 2, 2021 SYNOPSIS The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for a “Dell Unity Network Storage” at West Point, NY. This requirement will be a Brand Name competed through CHESS under NAICS code 334112- Computer Storage Device Manufacturing, and FSC/PSC of 7K20. In addition: a) In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder in accordance with the Solicitation Business Size identified in Chess Solicitation, and under the appropriate NAICS code. b) AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1) The Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, under the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, is the mandatory source for commercial information technology (IT) hardware and software purchases. c) 5139.101-90 Policy d) Commercial information technology hardware and software.
