Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W9098S-21-Q-0010 for Concrete Work at Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). A site visit is scheduled for 10:00am Monday, November 15th at RIA-JMTC. Attachment 0002 - Site Visit Meeting Place Map, has three routes highlighted.
