Original Set Aside:

This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession restaurant and commercial recreation rental service special use permit. A permit or permits to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of government-owned recreation facilities located on the Medford-Park Falls Ranger District, Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, will be issued. The permit will include the following: • Mondeaux Dam Lodge, Caretaker’s Residence, and garage. • Commercial Recreation Rental Service • Other: swimming beach, picnic area, and other aspects of the site as described in Section C. o Note: It does not include the four campgrounds or Lakeview Picnic Area that surround the Mondeaux Flowage. It also does not include the playground equipment on the site. The authorized officer for this business opportunity is the Forest Supervisor for the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, 500 Hanson Lake Road, Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
