PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE LEAD TIME: 08NOV21 PLACE OF PEFORMANCE/SHIPMENT CGC ASPEN 1 Yerba Buena Rd San Francisco, CA 94130 The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, CPD2, ALAMEDA, CA anticipates awarding this procurement to EMI (A division of W&O) for the PARTS listed below: This procurement will be made on behalf of the SFLC LREPL, Alameda, Ca. Vendor will provide the part/supply/services stated in the solicitation description. NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 1200 Pacific Time, October, 26 2021 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
