Description:
The manually actuated initiator is actuated by a pull force on the initiator pin of 30 ±10 lbf within a cone of 30° once the initiator pin is pulled out a specified distance, the firing pin is actuated and is accelerated into the explosive train assembly igniting the explosive charge, the output from which ignites a detonation transfer assembly (DTA).
