THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Program Services for inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Ray Brook, New York. The NAICS Code is 611210 (Size Standard: $22.0 million). All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work. See the attached Statement of Work for schedule requirements. The sessions are on a requirements basis; therefore, schedule and sessions can change. Registration fees, tuition, lab fees, test preparation, and any incidental fees, will be included in the contract price. The Contract will only be awarded to a post-secondary institution or vocational technical school who will be responsible for providing instruction leading to an industry recognized certification or diploma in the relative field. The Government contemplates awarding a requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the forthcoming solicitation. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
