Description:
This is a source sought only to determine vendor capability to provide all services described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is contemplating a non-personal services contract to provide Transient Alert (TA) Services at Stuttgart Army Airfield (SAAF) located at the USAG - Stuttgart, Germany. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) base year and four (4) 12-month option periods. Attached is a draft PWS that contains information regarding the services required for the SAAF. This draft, unofficial PWS document will possibly be revised, reviewed prior to solicitation. Scope: The contractor shall provide all fully qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform TA at SAAF Germany as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government-furnished equipment (GFE) and services. TA services shall include but are not limited to management, arrival services, processing services, departure services, emergency services, special event services, Distinguished Visitor (DV) services, wash/cleaning services, and other services, as described herein. The contractor shall also perform necessary phase-in services during the contract phase-in period, as well as perform necessary activities to phase-out upon award of a successor contract. The Government is requesting those interested in submitting a quote for this requirement to email Elena Gifford at elena.v.gifford.civ@army.mil as soon as possible, but no later than 30 November 2021. The interest email is not binding and will not require the vendor to submit a quote once the solicitation is posted.
