Description:
The contractor shall provide a temporary facility with kitchen capabilities that is able to accommodate 3 cooks and a prep-area large enough to accommodate 5-10 personnel (CLIN - 0001). A separate temporary facility with capabilities of a dining facility to support 150 personnel (listed as an option CLIN - 1001). The dining facility and kitchen area shall have dry-goods storage, refrigeration and freezer container. The requirement shall include all labor, materials, and equipment to fully set-up a kitchen and the dining facility. The facility shall include flooring, lighting, generators, fuel and maintenance for the generators and fire protection devices and removal of facilities at the conclusion of the exercise. The facility shall be set-up and fully operational no later than 20 February 2022. The facility shall be deconstructed no later than 24 March 2022. The place of performance is at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.
