Original Set Aside:

The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 to the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) for the renewal of annual subscriptions. ACM is the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognition access to their virtual digital library. The vendor shall provide an annualsubscription for access to the ACM Digital Library which includes the ACM e-Digital Library and the ACM e-Master Sig Package. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may electronically submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide the needed services to David.g.ammermann@usace.army.mil. Responses must be received by the closing date and time of this notice to be considered. Oral communications will not be accepted.
