(ABOA): 900 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 (with additional per local code) Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building. Space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
