This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) of District of Columbia has a requirement to seek accommodations for parking of 28 vehicles (5 reserved spaces, 23 unreserved spaces) within .25 miles or less from CSOSA downtown work site located at 633 Indiana Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004. The government intends to award this contract as Unrestricted. The requirement is anticipated to be around $500,000 for a total of five years (one base year plus four option years). All specifications and requirements will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around December 20, 2021, at http://www.sam.gov. CSOSA will not issue hard copies of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, CSOSA will consider. Please check the solicitation for more information and all required documentation to be submitted.
