PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) Description of agreement: The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services. The period of performance is base year plus four option years in accordance with FAR 17.207(c)(4) to exercise options. Period of performance: Base year to begin January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, Option Year One (1) to begin January 1, 2023 to December 2023, Option Year Two (2) to begin January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, Option Year Three (3) to begin January 1, 2025 to December 2025, Option Year Four (4) to begin January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 812320 - Dry cleaning and Laundry Services with a small business size standard of $6.00. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00010 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 10, 2021. Evaluation factors may include technical capability, present and past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 21, 2021. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
