The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, CPD-1, Norfolk, VA anticipates awarding this procurement to NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS for the OEM parts repair services listed below: MK39 GYRO COMPASS TECH REP. EVALUATION provided by NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS, IAW SOW. This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC HARRIET LANE. Vendor will provide the Technical Representative to evaluate the equipment as stated in the solicitation description. NAICS Code # 811219 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 1100 Eastern Time, DEC 17, 2021 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS.
