The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is requesting information regarding an upcoming need. The USCG needs Flood Response in the Urban Environment training. The USCG requests that companies (1) review the performance work statement and training certifications document, (2) answer the USCG’s questions regarding the documents, (3) provide comments and/or questions regarding the documents, (4) provide company information, and (5) capabilities to perform the requirements as stated. 1. Review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Training Certifications: The USCG request that interested companies read the PWS and complete the training certifications document. 2. Answer the below questions: a. Is the scope of the requirement clear? b. Is the key personnel identified sufficient? If not, what do you recommend as changes? c. Are you familiar with the technical documents of this requirement? d. Does this training requirements align with what you would provide to other Federal entities? 3. Provide comments and/or questions regarding the documents: Please provide any comments or questions you have regarding the PWS or training certifications document. 4. Provide your company’s information to include the following: a. Company Name b. Company Address c. Point of Contract Name, Phone Number, and Email Address d. Company Size Standard (Large, Small) e. Company DUNS and CAGE code f. Socioeconomic Status e. GSA or DHS strategic source contract holder information, if the training service is on contract. (Contract #) 5. Capabilities: Please provide your capabilities to perform the USCG’s requirement. All submission information should be no greater than 5 pages on 12 font, times new roman. The information shall be submitted through email to the Contracting Officer, Allen A. Tillman II, email: allen.a.tillman@uscg.mil. Responses should reference the RFI number 70Z02322I73110001 and your company’s name in the subject of your email. Respondents must submit responses by 19 NOV 2021.
