The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace the EPDM roofing at the Colorado Springs Airport Traffic Control Tower (COS ATCT) Base Building. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the FAA as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AcquisitioManagement Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A site visit is scheduled for October 13, 2021. To attend the site visit please submit your Name, Company, Date of Birth, Driver’s License number and State of issue to Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov no later than 12:00 MT on October 7, 2021. Atendees must be masked and bring the completed COVID Self-Assessment Form (Appendix B) with them to the site visit. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than November 3, 2021. Proposals are due no later than November 30, 2021 @ 17:00 MT. Any proposal received after 17:00 MT on November 10, 2021 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. To be eligible for award Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and Offerors' proposals must include all of the required documents outline in Section L and Section M. This requirement is covered by the Davis-Bacon Act, under Wage Determination (Attachment J-3).
