Solicitation for End Item: N/A, NSN 5841-01-069-0080, PR 0087512516, PHASE SHIFTER SPARES KIT. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, firm fixed price definite quantity for 3 each. This is a Critical Application Item; NAICS 334511. No Potential source, this is AMC/AMSC: 1/G. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery Schedule: 294 days ADO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal. Please submit offers to email mathew.adeniyi@dla.mil. OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about November 22, 2021. The closing date will be on or about December 21, 2021. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer to receive an award.
