THIS IS A HUBZONE SOLE SOURCE SET A-SIDE SOLICITATION. ONLY VENDORS THAT WILL BE OFFERING MANUFACTURER UUSI, LLC cage 32498 PART NUMBER (P/N) 30-1325-1 under PR number 1000131737 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year base with one 3-year option IQC to UUSI, LLC, P/N 30-1325-1 NSN: 6220-01-366-0687; CONTROL, DIRECTIONAL; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; SURGE REQUIREMENT; NAICS 336320 Required delivery is 90 days for. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 240 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 17 November 2021. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are acceptable.
