PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77622Q0033 PHOENIX PACKAGE 29 LG Televisions (OR EQUAL) November 4, 2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix VA Healthcare System in Phoenix, AZ has a requirement to purchase LG Televisions (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Clinic being constructed in Phoenix, AZ. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, FAR 5.201, and FAR 13.105. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(d), Subpart FAR 13.5, and VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7005. Only quotes from VetBiz verified SDVOSB concerns will be accepted. Reference: https://vetbiz.va.gov/. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Monday, November 8, 2021 by 2:00 PM (Eastern) and quotes will be due on Friday, November 19, 2021 by 2:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. A copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) is included with this Pre-Solicitation Notice for your information. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Aimee Maxel at aimee.maxel@va.gov and also the Contracting Officer via email at michelle.rhodes@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted as a part of this notice. Technical and contract-related questions in response to the RFQ will be accepted in accordance with the RFQ instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. It is anticipated funds will become available in early Fiscal Year 2022. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date, and not award a contract. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse any Offeror for any costs incurred.
