VISN 10 MEDICAL GRADE BULK LIQUID OXYGEN The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Midwest Consortium (MIDCON), has established an ongoing requirement which requires a contractor to provide medical liquid bulk oxygen for each of the estimated twelve (12) VA Medical Centers throughout the Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) 10. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying medical grade bulk liquid oxygen and contractor owned bulk oxygen tanks, if required by the facility. A comprehensive list of actual requirements will be included in the Statement of Work and Schedule of Items within the solicitation package document. The contract period for this requirement consists of a seven (7) year contract period. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing and the business size standard for this requirement is 1,000 employees. In Accordance with 38 USC 8127, the proposed contract action is being procured as a 100% Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) set aside. Any vendor desiring to be considered for award MUST be verified as a VOSB in the Vender Information Pages (VIP) database of https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/, both at the time of quotations submittal and at time of award. All responsible VOSB sources are encouraged to submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Any vendor desiring to be considered for award MUST also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) using this NAICS code or a NAICS code with an equivalent size standard. No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site: www.sam.gov. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must also have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
