The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the items listed below for delivery to Tucson CMOP to replenish stock. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: Brigitte.Kidder@va.gov. Solicitation package 36C77022Q0085 shall be posted on Contract Opportunities on or about December 16, 2021 and will close on December 20, 2021 (12:01PM CDT). These dates are subject to change.
