NOTICE OF INTENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), on behalf of VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Partitions Specialist Inc. (PSI3g, Inc.) to procure Skyfold Retractable Wall Systems plus installation services comprised of the following items: (5) Skyfold Zenith 48 Automatic Vertically Retractable Acoustical Wall, in standard Dune fabric, to be placed in group rooms; each 24 L X 9 H, located on the 2nd,3rd and 4th floor 2 each 23 L X 9 H, located on the 1st floor A letter from Skyfold (manufacturer) has stated: Due to the complexity of our design, all Skyfold partitions must be installed and maintained by qualified Skyfold technicians. Failure to do so will result in our warranty becoming null and void. For these reasons, we have appointed Partitions Specialties Inc. (PSI) as our sole representative for marketing, supplying, and servicing our Skyfold partitions for the State of California and for Northern Nevada. The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to make available to the public NCO 21 s intention to procure a Skyfold Retractable Wall System and installation services as a sole source purchase order. This notice is being used to be incompliance with FAR 5.201(b)(1) synopsizing, posting, publicizing requirements. Note: This Notice of Intent is meant solely to inform the public.
