Description:
The purpose of this amendment to the Request for Quote: 36C25722Q0095 is to include an updated Statement of Work (SOW), updated Drawings, and Extend Solicitation Response Time. Revised Updated Quote Submission Date: Quotes must be received no later than Friday, 17 December, 2021, 1:00 PM CST. Email your quote to t.miller@va.gov. The subject line must specify “Quote - 36C25722Q0095 – PIV Card Reader Install”. There will be no automated email notification of receipt of quotes. All quotes received without requested documentation will not be considered. Previous Quote Submission Date: Quotes must be received no later than Friday, 10 December, 2021, 1:00 PM CST. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB s must be listed to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for PIV Card Reader Install. Services will be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facilities in Waco, Tx in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
