Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25221B0032 Project: Upgrade to Potable Water Risers Construction Project Number: 585-19-118 Location: 325 E. H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760 The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project# 585-19-118 for the installation of new potable risers and associated isolation valves to the cold, hot and hot water return piping. The project magnitude price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 with a size standard $16.5 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision in accordance with the documents, drawings, and specifications to complete the Project#585-19-118 Upgrade to Potable Water Risers Construction, at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain, MI. Work includes architectural work, testing, and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov) on or about October 7, 2021. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for December 2, 2021 at 11:30 A.M. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project shall be conducted on the week of October 25-29 at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center. All prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, and at time of award the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.
