General Description: Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to replace 1,184 (Contractor to verify) DDC Variable Air Volume (VAV) assemblies consisting of air terminal units, reheat coils and control valves, all Direct Digital Controls and thermostats associated with the boxes in the Main Hospital. Additionally, the contractor is to provide all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to replace 119 (Contractor to verify) DDC Variable Air Volume (VAV) assemblies consisting of air terminal units, reheat coils and control valves, all Direct Digital Controls and thermostats associated with the boxes in the Community Living Center. Refer to the project drawings for additional details. Refer to the project drawings for additional details. Work will be performed at West Palm Beach, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL. Deductive Item #1 Deduct all work associated with the replacement of 119 DDC Variable Air Volume (VAV) assemblies consisting of air terminal units, reheat coils and control valves, all Direct Digital Controls and thermostats associated with the boxes in the Community Living Center (CLC). The NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide the VAV Box Replacement Services. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 to $20,000,000.00.
