This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24422Q0176 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The applicable NAICS code is 339112. The James E Van Zandt VA Medical Center at 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602, has a brand name requirement for Philips Medical Intellispace V12 Superuser Training as well as a Brand Name or Equal requirement for a four (4) post rackable-mount server. Completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document. Quotes are to be submitted FOB destination Only, with delivery to the James E Van Zandt VA Medical Center. Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing only, to Jennifer.Beiswenger@va.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on Friday, December 17th, 2021, and shall be submitted electronically to Jennifer.Beiswenger@va.gov.
