Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 is conducting a market survey for SDVOSB/VOSB capable of providing Medical Gases Cylinders at various VISN 2 Facilities (New Jersey, New York, Northport and the Bronx). The gases to be purchased include, but are not limited to compressed Medical Air USP, Oxygen USP, Carbon Dioxide USP, Nitrogen NF, Nitrous Oxide USP, Helium USP, Liquid Oxygen, and specialty medical gas mixtures (See attachment). All medical gases shall conform to specifications prescribed in the United States Pharmacopeia and the National Formulary. All medical gas manufacturers and fillers of medical gasses shall be registered with the FDA; and all medical gasses shall be manufactured, processed, packed, transported, and stored according to the FDA s Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations and Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 210, 211 and 201 for labeling. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 325120Â (Industrial Gas Manufacturing) and the standard size is 1,000 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Q999 (Medical- Other ). All responses to this notice MUST be submitting in writing and emailed to charnell.cunningham@va.gov and must be received not later than November 19, 2021 at 10:00AM EST. Interested parties shall provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities (resumes), DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time may not be considered for this procurement.
