Original Set Aside:

Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for an integrated Workers’ Compensation / Safety and Occupational Health (WC/SOH) case management, recording and reporting solution. The SaaS licensing will be all-inclusive, to include training, and regular maintenance. Amendment 0010 - Clarifying question Does the Solution being proposed in response to this RFP must be FEDRamp Certified? No, but the vendor would need to be FEDRAMPED certified; unless they have the ability to provide those capabilities in a NRE FS and or USDA sponsored FED Ramped environment (e.g. AWS Gov cloud, or on premise in our hosting facility located in Kansas City). Also, FS may sponsor, but they do not pay for certification. Amendment 0009 - Question due to modified SOO. Request clarification regarding language that was added to the e- Safety SOO v6. Specifically, section 14.1.1 (page 15) states the following: "If a system of record on individuals is required by a system to accomplish an agency function, the Contractor will be required to design, develop, or operate a system of records on individuals subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, Public Law 93-579, December 31,1974 (5 U.S.C.552a) and applicable agency regulations" Can you please clarify whether contractors would be expected to build a new system of record in the event this need is discovered, or whether this is simply a requirement that the new e-Safety platform be able to connect with existing systems of record? Answer: This is simply a requirement that the new eSafety platform be able to connect with existing systems of record. AMENDMENT 0008 - Question missed This question was missed in the answering process.... 6. For the PWS, will bidders respond to the requirements and objectives set forth in section 3 of Attachment X or all sections? PPS, ITCB Response: Fo all intents and purposes, all sections will be responded to, accordingly, UNLESS, it states otherwise, i.e. Subcontracting....this section only needs responses from large businesses. It states very clear...THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO SMALL BUSINESSES. AMENDMENT 0007 - Modified RFP 12760421Q0122 Attached is the Modified RFP due to the Q&A's received.
