Original Set Aside:

Internal Revenue Service currently occupies 16,583 RSF (14,420 USF) of office space located at 30-40 Quarker Ln., Warwick, RI 02886. Per GSAM 570.401, to allow sufficient time for reason for extension or renewal, a short-term term Twelve (12) month extension is required at the existing location until the new lease takes effect as it expires January 12, 2022. If a proposal is economically advantageous to the government, a cost benefit analysis would be conducted.
