Description:
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B51322Q00000001, for the requirement of QUARTERLY MEATS, CHEESE & GENERAL SUSTENANCE ITEMS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-06. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, which contains a size standard of “number of employees” not to exceed 500 employees for small business concerns. Offers will be FOB destination with the delivery period being January 03, 2022 thru January 17, 2022. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73169, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $10,000.00. Awards that are over $10,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT. Invoice(s) are to be sent to the address listed on block 18a of the SF-1449, attention to: FTC Oklahoma City Business Office. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 22, 2021 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.beta.sam.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
