Barge transportation of materials, supplies, bulk fuel, vehicles, and equipment for North Cascades National Park Service Complex on Lake Chelan WA per Statement of Work and contractor's commercial practices. Includes use of boom truck and ancillary equipment on hourly basis. Establish new requirements purchase order with base year and up to two option years. Within the synopsis page, links to the documents are near the bottom of the notice. DETAILS: This is a best value procurement set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. To qualify as a small business under NAICS 483211, the firm must be organized as for-profit with fewer than 750 employees. Prior to the solicitation closing date and time, the prime contractor's (quoter's) registration status must be "Active" at www.SAM.gov. Prospective quoters must visit SAM.gov periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents; no notifications will be sent. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the National Park Service.
