Original Set Aside:

The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Ecological Science Center has a requirement to lease modular laboratory space for installation at Patuxent Research Refuge in Laurel, MD. The contractor will furnish and deliver (8) 12ft x 50ft modular units and all necessary accessories for the complete assembly of a 4800 sq ft laboratory complex with office space. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140G0122Q0007, which will be issued on or about 11/01/2021. The offeror is responsible for monitoring sam.gov for the release of the RFQ and amendments (if any). A performance work statement is not available for release at this time. Quotes will be due on or about 11/23/2021 (exact date/time to be provided in the RFQ). The anticipated award will be firm fixed price, issued on or about 12/17/2021. It is intended that the modular laboratories be delivered for installation by others within 6-8 weeks after contract award. The period of the lease is a base year plus four option years.
